Winter 2023 Season- What To Expect Next
| The Winter 2023 Season will be here before you know it! We are excited to have you join us and appreciate your support. Communication is key to ensure the success of the league. Over the course of this season, we will be sending you emails with information you will need this season. Due to this being a mass email system, please check your filters to make sure that messages do not get lost in your junk mail folder. Included are answers to some common questions you may have.

Winter egistration opens on September 1st and closes on November 5th, 2023 or when the league comes first, which ever comes first. After the registration deadline, late registration is based upon availability and is not guaranteed. Once registration is full we will build a wait list and fill openings from the waitlist on a first come - first served basis. A $10.00 increase in registration will apply and you will be placed on any team that has openings in your grade division. Buddy requests are less likely to be met during late registration. | |

September 1st: Winter Registration Opens
Novemeber 5th: Registration closes Late registration begins (depending on availability)
November 6th-November 10th: We will be forming teams, confirming coaches, creating schedules and more during this time.
November 15th: All rosters and schedules will be posted
November 29th: Virtual Coaches Meeting at 7:00pm
December 3rd- 1st Day of games. Practice is held PRIOR to game time listed each week. Check your schedule under SCHEDULES / STANDINGS. (There is no meet and greet for the Winter League)
December 24th: No Games
December 31st: No Games
January 7th: Play Resumes
January 14th: No Games
January 28th: Last game day of the season.
February 4th: League make-up date. Need determined by Commanders Flag Football.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
*Jerseys, Flag Belts and any additional merchandise you ordered during your registration will shipped directly to your home this season!
*Shorts and/or sweatpants without pockets are to be worn during game. If a participants wears shorts/pants with pockets, the pockets need to be taped down
*Participants can wear any type of plastic molded cleats or sneakers.

COMMON QUESTIONS:
WHEN WILL I HEAR FROM MY COACH? We are hosting our virtual coaches on November 29th at 7pm. You should hear from your coach no later than Saturday December 2nd, 2023.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EQUIPMENT? Once we complete putting teams together, we will ship the rosters to our inventory department who will begin to pack and ship out individual equipment to each player. You should expect your NFL FLAG jersey, flag belts, and any other equipment you may have purchased no later than your scheduled Meet & Greet. You must bring a mouth guard to every practice and game. They will be available at the field for $5 each week.
